Emergency steps for failure of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification equipment

Once the facilities for flue gas denitration fail, the risk is very high. Therefore, when the equipment fails and cannot operate, emergency operations should be taken immediately to avoid causing accidents. How to conduct the emergency operation when it fails to operate? Let's have a look.

(1) When the external denitration is shut down due to faults, the personnel on duty of the denitration team shall quickly report to the shift supervisor and the workshop, and contact the maintenance personnel to find out the causes of the faults.

(2) The coal handling personnel shall start the calcium oxide adding device in the boiler in an emergency manner, and feed low sulfur coal and calcium oxide into the boiler coal during coal loading.

(3) The boiler operator shall adjust the stable bed temperature below 950 ℃ to ensure the reaction temperature of calcium oxide and the discharge up to the standard.

(4) After the fault causes of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification equipment are determined and the defects are eliminated, restart the denitrification equipment outside the furnace according to the operating procedures.

(5) The denitration equipment outside the boiler operates normally. After the discharge reaches the standard, the calcium oxide adding device inside the boiler will be shut down, and the boiler will return to the normal operating bed temperature.

Therefore, when conducting flue gas denitration operation, in case of failure and failure to operate, we should immediately handle it according to the correct emergency operation, and timely stop and avoid the occurrence of dangerous accidents.
