Automatic control system

Three control function modes of Yuneng automatic control system:

a. Remote mode: the operator can control the start/stop of all controllable electrical equipment in the plant through the computer keyboard or mouse in the central control room.

b. Automatic mode: the PLC station in the computer control system completes the automatic control of each production link through its internal control loop.

c. Manual mode: manually/automatically switch and manually control the equipment through the operation button of the field control cabinet. It is mainly used for the commissioning and maintenance of single equipment, and the change-over switch shall be in the automatic position under normal conditions.

Software function of Huaneng automatic control system

● Real time data monitoring and processing function

The data monitored by the system is displayed in the corresponding screen and table, and has the function of randomly measuring a terminal station and patrolling the entire system terminal station. It is able to make statistics on the large value, small value, average value and cumulative value of data.

● Graphic processing function

Draw real-time curves and historical trend curves according to the database.

● Automatic report generation function

Daily, monthly and annual reports can be generated according to different time periods as required, or automatically generated according to parameter names.

● Historical data storage function

1. The storage time of historical data can be configured, such as the time interval of regular storage.

2. With data import and export functions, it is convenient for the system to backup, restore and compare data.

3. Support breakpoint continuous transmission, data cache and supplementary adjustment functions: supplementary adjustment of data loss caused by network failure, equipment communication failure and other abnormal conditions to maintain the integrity of historical data.

4. Real time/historical trend query and real-time/historical alarm query.

It can be queried based on time period, monitoring area, monitoring point and monitoring value, and historical data is output in tables and graphs.

● Automatic alarm function

Alarms include: network disconnection alarm, equipment communication failure alarm, parameter exceeding alarm, etc. The alarm parameters can be set flexibly, and various reports, query information and alarm information can be displayed and printed on the screen.
