Yuneng Photooxygen Catalytic Flue Gas Odor Removal System (YNUOC):

The YNUOC process uses high-energy ultraviolet and far-infrared light waves to irradiate the flue gas, cracking the molecular chain structure of organic or inorganic substances in the flue gas (such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, methyl sulfide, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, carbon disulfide and styrene, sulfide H2S, VOC, benzene, toluene and xylene). Photooxygen catalysis uses oxygen molecules to generate free oxygen to oxidize molecular bonds of bacteria, destroy nucleic acid of bacteria, and achieve the purpose of purifying and killing bacteria. At the same time, the activated carbon adsorption method is used to improve the VOC removal rate. Activated carbon is a kind of carbon particle with very small particle size and large surface area, and there are more small pores in the carbon particle, which has a strong adsorption capacity, so it can fully contact with gas (impurities) and adsorb for purification.

Technical advantages:

1) The pollution control equipment of YNUOC process system has a decontamination efficiency of more than 80%. The specially made ultraviolet light tube is used to degrade VOCs, which reduces the influence of catalytic materials, dust, reaction time, humidity, exhaust gas concentration, etc., while reducing the generation of intermediate by-products and secondary pollution.

2) YNUOC process system is equipped with waste gas, air distributor and activated carbon adsorber after dust removal by filter, which has the advantage that adsorbate (organic waste gas) and adsorbent (activated carbon) do not react with each other; The process is fast; The nature of the adsorbent itself does not change during the adsorption process; The adsorption process is reversible; Therefore, the organic components in the waste gas will be adsorbed on the surface area of the activated carbon, so that the waste gas can be purified. The purified clean gas will be discharged up to the standard through the fan and chimney.

3) The high-energy ultraviolet light of YNUOC process system can improve the efficiency of oxidation degradation. The combination of ultraviolet/ozone (UV/03) is to improve the treatment efficiency of refractory organic pollutants by accelerating the ozone decomposition rate, increasing the generation rate of hydroxyl radicals, and promoting the formation of a large number of activated molecules of organics.
