Introduction to YNHCR:

working principle:

YNHCR denitration scheme is to spray macromolecular denitration agent into the flue gas in a suitable "temperature window", which is activated, gasified, and instantaneously reacts with NOx to reduce nitrogen oxides to carbon dioxide, nitrogen and water. The denitration efficiency reaches more than 80%, which will not have any impact on waste heat boiler, desulfurization and dedusting processes, and will curb the formation of NOx from the source to achieve the purpose of denitration, The reaction equation is: CnHmNs (high molecular denitration agent)+NOx

Technical advantages:

1) YNHCR system is a furnace denitration process, integrating the advantages of SNCR and SCR denitration processes, and integrating the professional technology independently developed by our company. Significant technical advantages, advanced and mature technology, small floor area, economic and reasonable cost, safe and reliable system, high efficiency and energy conservation.

2) YNHCR system, the integrated process equipment has high utilization rate, simple and convenient operation and maintenance cost is low, and the number of operators is small.

3) YNHCR process is advanced. Solid polymer denitration agent is a kind of polymer active combination material mainly composed of functional polymer materials with high reducing activity. It also has the following three effect combined denitration functions: A adsorption, B. SNCR and C. SCR.

4) The denitration reaction temperature window is wide, and its denitration reaction temperature is lower than that of ammonia water and urea solution. The reduction reaction of denitration can be carried out at 700-1300 ℃. It solves the problems of small heating area, low boiler load and furnace temperature less than 800 ℃.

5) High polymer solid powder denitration agent is used to avoid spray gun blockage during urea solution crystallization. Solid particles are easy to store, without irritating smell and corrosivity. It also avoids problems such as ash deposition, corrosion and even pipe explosion caused by ammonia or urea solution dropping onto the furnace water wall, with good safety.

6) The denitration efficiency is relatively high, and the macromolecular denitration rate is more than 80%.

7) No secondary pollution: compared with ammonia liquor, ammonia escape is very small, so there is no need to add ammonia recovery device, no secondary pollution treatment, etc. At the same time, there is no harm to the superheater inside the boiler, the economizer and the tail bag type dust remover.
