Yuneng High Temperature Reduction Denitration Process (YNSNCR):

The system relies on the principle of selective catalytic reduction (SNCR), integrates various flue gas high-temperature treatment processes, and integrates the professional technology independently developed by our company. Integrated R&D and design of YNSNCR process system, with independent core technology property rights of denitration.

working principle:

Selective non catalytic reduction (SNCR) technology refers to the reduction of nitrogen oxides in flue gas into harmless nitrogen and water by injecting reducing agent in a suitable "temperature window" without catalyst. This technology generally uses ammonia injection, urea or hydrogen ammonia injection in high temperature area as reducing agent to reduce NOx. The reducing agent only reacts with NOx in the flue gas, and generally does not react with oxygen. This technology does not use a catalyst. Since this process does not use a catalyst, the reducing agent must be added in the high temperature zone. When the reductant is injected into the furnace at a temperature of 850~1100 ℃, it can be rapidly decomposed into NH3 and react with NOx in flue gas to generate N2 and water.

5) The spray design of reducing agent in YNSNCR system is optimized and reasonable, with the characteristics of wear resistance, high temperature resistance and easy replacement. It can reliably control the ammonia nitrogen ratio (NSR), calibrate the nozzle flow, and optimize the design of control strategy based on experience to quickly respond to furnace operating parameters and NOx emission fluctuations.
