Liaoning reduced iron calciners are equipment for high-temperature heating treatment of powdery or filter cake materials, also known as calciners, which can be divided into coal fired furnaces, gas fired furnaces, oil fired furnaces and electric heating furnaces according to the energy used; According to the heating mode, it can be divided into direct heating and indirect heating. According to the different operation modes, there are continuous operation and intermittent operation. The structure of Liaoning reduced iron calciner is as follows:

Liaoning reduced iron calciner is mainly composed of kiln shell, drive device, support device, retaining wheel device, kiln head sealing device, kiln tail sealing device, kiln head sleeve, etc.

1. Liaoning reduced iron calciner barrel

The barrel is a baking furnace body, which is made of steel plates by winding and welding. The kiln barrel is installed obliquely on several pairs of wheels. A high-temperature wear-resistant kiln mouth guard plate is installed at the lower end of the kiln barrel to form a sleeve space. The kiln mouth is equipped with a special fan for cooling. A number of rectangular belts are sleeved along the length direction of the kiln barrel to bear the weight of all rotating parts such as the kiln barrel, kiln lining and materials, and transfer their importance to the supporting device. Float plate is used under the tire, which can be adjusted or replaced according to the clearance after operation to obtain clearance. The function of the plate is to improve the rigidity of the kiln shell, avoid the abrasion of the kiln shell caused by the relative sliding of the belt and the kiln shell in the circumferential direction, and reduce the temperature difference between the inner and outer surfaces of the belt.

2. Large gear ring device of Liaoning reducing iron calciner

The tail near the calciner barrel is fixed with a large gear ring for torque transmission, which is connected with the kiln barrel through a spring cutting plate. This connecting structure of the large gear ring hanging on the kiln shell can ensure that there is enough heat dissipation space between the gear ring and the kiln shell, reduce the influence of bending deformation of the kiln shell on the meshing accuracy, play a certain role in damping and buffering, and help to extend the service life of the kiln lining.

3. Liaoning reduced iron calciner transmission device

Driving style:

A. Single drive

The transmission system adopts single drive, which is driven by a main drive motor.

The calcined main transmission oil is composed of the main motor, the main reducer pinion, etc., and the transmission stability is improved with the elastic coupling. A speed measuring generator is installed at the tail of the main motor to provide power for the instrument displaying the kiln speed.

In order to cut off the main power supply and operate in the kiln, prevent the kiln barrel from bending and deformation, and facilitate the maintenance of the kiln during maintenance, an auxiliary transmission device is set. It is composed of motor, reducer, etc. The auxiliary motor is equipped with a brake, which can prevent the kiln from reversing due to the heavy material and kiln skin after the motor stops.

B. Dual drive

The calcination drive system adopts double drive, which is driven by two main drive motors respectively. The synchronization of the two sets of transmission systems is realized by debugging the electrical equipment, so that the force on the two systems is uniform. In addition to Z2 series of small DC motors, ZSN4 DC motors are also used for small sintering furnaces. This motor is a special product based on the Z4 series motor and according to the working conditions of the main drive of the cement calciner.

Structural characteristics of Liaoning reduced iron calciner:

1. The calciner is made of five 20g and Q235-B steel plates with guaranteed mechanical properties, and generally adopts automatic welding. The wall thickness of the cylinder: 25 mm in general, 32 mm in the fired belt, 65 mm below the ring belt, and 38 mm in the transition joint at the lower span of the ring belt. This makes the cylinder design reasonable, which not only ensures the cross section stiffness, but also improves the stress state of the support device. The cylinder outlet end is provided with a high temperature resistant and wear-resistant kiln inlet guard plate, and the cylinder kiln end is made of 1m long 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel plate. The kiln head guard board and the cold air jacket form a grid space. The non working face of the kiln head guard board is cooled by blowing cold air into the cylinder through the bell mouth, which is conducive to the long-term safe work of this part. The cylinder is sheathed with three rectangular solid rings. The clearance between the belt and the cylinder plate is determined by the thermal expansion. When the kiln works normally, the belt can be properly sleeved in the cylinder body to reduce the radial deformation of the cylinder.

2. The calciner transmission system is single drive, and the frequency conversion motor drives the hard tooth surface three-stage cylindrical gear reducer to drive the kiln open gear pair. The transmission device adopts rubber block coupling to improve transmission stability. The auxiliary drive device connected with the security power supply is set to enable the kiln to be operated even when the main power supply is disconnected, so as to prevent the barrel from bending and facilitate maintenance.

3. The calciner head is sealed with a double flexible sealing device of shell gas seal and labyrinth spring seat. A proper amount of cold air is blown through the bell mouth to cool the shield, and the cold air is discharged from the upper part after being heated. The cold air sleeve body is pressed by the flexible sealing plate under the overlapping heat-resistant spring sheet, so that the kiln head cylinder can be slightly offset and the sealing effect can be maintained.

4. The tail seal of calciner is made of steel billet and graphite. The device is simple to install, safe and reliable.
