The direct reduction iron production process of Yuneng Science and Technology. The reduced iron takes refined iron powder or iron phosphorus (iron oxide) as raw material, ordinary smokeless pulverized coal or coke powder as reductant, conducts solid phase carbon reduction reaction at 950~1100 ℃, and the iron ore powder is refined into reduced iron powder. Because a large number of micro pores are formed due to deoxidization, the micro structure of the product is similar to sponge, so it is also called sponge iron.

Production process flow of direct reduction iron of Yuneng Technology:

The material flow route of the suspension preheating and decomposition system is: the material enters the heat exchange tube of the C1 preheater through the rotary air lock feeder of the drying cyclone separator; Under the action of high temperature flue gas, wet materials are dispersed, heated and dehydrated, and then enter the C1 preheater cylinder with high temperature flue gas to complete gas-solid separation. They enter the C2A heat exchange tube through the C1 flap valve and blanking tube. The path is: C1 → C2A → C2B to complete preheating. The preheated materials enter the bottom of the external circulation high solid gas ratio calciner through the C2B blanking tube, and mix with the pulverized coal injected, With the help of high-temperature flue gas, the decomposition is completed by relying on the enthalpy provided by the scattered combustion of pulverized coal. It enters the C3 stage cyclone separator to complete the gas-solid separation, enters the reactor for 5-10 minutes, and then enters the heat exchange tube of the cooling system CL1 cyclone through the blanking tube. Some of the material particles with large proportion or the coarse pulverized coal particles that are not completely combusted re enter the external circulation high solid gas ratio decomposition furnace under the effect of the cyclone separator, Cyclic decomposition and combustion; High temperature materials are fully cooled by cyclone cooler CL1, CL2 and CL3 in turn, and finally enter the product storage system through the pneumatic conveyor.

The air flow route of the suspension preheating and decomposition system is as follows: the cooling air enters the cooling system through the heat exchange tube of the cyclone cooler CL3. In the three-stage suspension cooling system, it completes heat exchange with high-temperature materials and becomes high-temperature air, which enters the bottom of the decomposition furnace through the CL1 air outlet pipe; At the same time, the high-temperature flue gas generated by the hot blast furnace enters the bottom of the external circulation type high solid gas ratio calciner and joins with the high-temperature air to form a stream of high-temperature flue gas with the gas in the furnace. The high-temperature gas-solid two-phase out of the calciner completes gas-solid separation in the cyclone separator C3, and then the flue gas is divided into two paths to enter the preheating system. The paths are: C2A → C1; C2B→C1。 At the outlet of C1 preheater, two streams of air flow converge to enter the main air duct and enter the material drying system.
