Performance characteristics of sulfur gypsum calcining equipment

Sulphur gypsum calcining equipment generally needs a large amount of high temperature gas to burn gypsum, and the method used for calcining equipment to burn gypsum is also based on the high temperature burning method. In terms of the firing method, it is generally divided into two types: downstream type for low-temperature calcined gypsum, and counter current type for high-temperature calcined gypsum. These two methods are the main methods for gypsum firing. Generally speaking, this kind of production equipment is used to burn gypsum. There are direct heating and indirect heating. The main difference is internal burning or internal and external burning. This form is mainly determined according to the specific production requirements.

The models of sulfur gypsum calcining equipment are different, and the quantity of gypsum calcined is different. However, in gypsum processing, powdered gypsum can be well burnt into required raw materials. When the content of free water in by-product gypsum is large (10%~15%), the length of the kiln body needs to be increased. In terms of fuel use, different forms of fuel heat source are used to supply raw materials. Such as coal, oil, natural gas, etc., these are relatively common fuels. With the continuous expansion and innovation of fuels, the fuel of its roasting kiln will also expand the fuel processing range according to the development. However, the efficiency of its burning and the method used in the specific burning require comprehensive and scientific analysis of the technical personnel. The key to production is to improve the performance of the equipment.

Performance characteristics of sulfur gypsum calcination equipment:

（1） The process is advanced and the product quality is good. The unique circulating fluidized bed calciner calcination process is used to make the materials form a stable and good fluidized bed in the calciner. It is easy to achieve fine operation control on the calcination conditions, meet the process requirements of different chemical gypsum calcinations, ensure the product quality is stable, and the product grading is reasonable. All indicators meet the level 3.0 standard of GB/T9776-2008 Building Gypsum.

（2） Low energy consumption and flexible use of heat source Because of its unique design, hot air can directly exchange heat with raw materials, which realizes the drying and calcination of chemical gypsum in the same equipment. The total energy consumption for drying and calcining is only about 300-340kcal/kg per kg of chemical gypsum (the moisture content of chemical gypsum is 10%), and the thermal efficiency is about 80%. In addition, coal, fuel oil, natural gas can be used according to the site conditions, or superheated steam (two-step method) of the power plant can be used as the heat source.

（3） With high production efficiency and strong adaptability of raw materials, hot air is used to directly contact with materials, which strengthens heat and mass transfer in the reaction process and improves production efficiency. It can not only calcine desulfurization gypsum, but also calcine phosphogypsum and other chemical gypsum. The chemical gypsum with water content below 15% can be directly calcined by "one-step method".

（4） Negative pressure operation. The clean production line adopts the "negative pressure" process and sealed operation. There is no dust overflow during the production process, and the working environment is clean.

（5） Investment saving and rapid recovery production line process equipment is simple and reasonable, which greatly saves construction investment. The construction investment of chemical gypsum production line of the same scale is less than 1/3 of the investment of imported foreign production line. The investment recovery is fast and the production and operation cost is low. Under normal circumstances, the total investment can be recovered in 1 to 2 years.
