Brief introduction

Spray calciner is a low-carbon and efficient high-temperature calcination equipment independently developed by our company, which is suitable for high-pressure spray calcination system. The spray calciner sprays the liquid inorganic salt and metal salt into the high-temperature furnace for instant thermal decomposition to obtain oxide and other powder products. The spray calciner includes liquid delivery atomizer, calciner, recovery device and other structures. Through process control, "one-stop" materials can be dried from liquid state to calcined powder products. At the same time, spray calciner is equipped with temperature and pressure measuring points, which can realize online data collection and automatic control.
