The generation of sulfur dioxide in the flue gas and calcium carbonate in the slurry and the air quality blown into the oxidation environment are analyzed. The reaction ability of chemical substances is analyzed. The final product of the reaction is gypsum.

It can not only stimulate the human body to carry out respiratory management system, destroy animals and plants, and destroy the ozone layer, but also one of the main material cultures that need to cause greenhouse effect, acid rain and photochemical reaction. In the world, the limitation of NOx emission is becoming more and more strict. As an important source of NOx emission, the emission reduction of thermal power plants, waste incineration plants and cement plants has attracted more and more attention.
At present, the main effective methods to reduce the desulfurization and de marketing emissions of Shenyang kilns in the world can be roughly divided into the following four categories:
1. Low nitrogen combustion technology, which controls the generation of nitrogen oxides during combustion, is mainly applicable to large coal-fired boilers. Low NOx combustion technology can only reduce NOx emission by 30-50%. To further reduce NOx emission, different flue gas denitrification technologies can be used.
2. Selective catalytic reduction technology (SCR, selective catalytic reduction) is mainly used in large coal-fired boilers and is widely used in flue gas denitrification in China.
3. The non catalytic reduction (sncr) technology is mature, and the main technology is applied to small and medium-sized boilers such as domestic waste incineration plants, but its efficiency is significantly lower than that of the selective non catalytic oxidation reduction method, with less investment and short construction and development cycle.
4. The catalytic reduction technology (SCR)+selective non catalytic reduction technology (SNCR) is mainly used for large coal-fired boilers and low NOx emissions in limited sites, as well as for old boiler reconstruction projects.
A selective non catalytic oxidation reduction (SNCR) technology will be used to reduce NOx emissions from boilers due to the analysis of power plants in China. Therefore, SNCR denitration method of power plant is introduced and analyzed as follows: SNCR denitration is briefly described, and nitrification and denitrification technology is a mature industrial nitrogen oxide control treatment technology. The method of denitrification is mainly to spray reducing agent within the range of 850~1150 ° C. In the NOx combustion products, a reduction reaction occurs to remove NOx and generate nitrogen and water. SNCR denitrification can achieve more than 90% NOx removal rate in laboratory tests. In the application of large boilers, the denitrification efficiency can reach 75% during the short-term behavior demonstration work.
