During the operation, the cyclone is fed into the material layer from the bottom in a uniform manner. The bed layer is equipped with many heating tubes. The substances in the tubes are saturated water vapor or high-temperature heat transfer oil. After the gypsum particles enter the furnace, they are heated in a flowing state. At the same time, the heat output is transmitted to the caulking gypsum in the tubes in accordance with the wall thickness, so that it can be burned, dried and dissolved
Cyclone calcination means that the hot air directly contacts with the granular material, and the dihydrate gypsum is quickly dehydrated to form hemihydrate gypsum. This kind of method is effective in hot application, with compact machinery and equipment, simple application and high effect. It is suitable for pure natural gypsum and gypsum calcination equipment
Direct heating cement rotary kiln: the thermal medium directly contacts with the raw materials of gypsum to make it dehydrated and become semi hydrated gypsum or anhydrite. Gypsum rotates and moves forward in a small angle of view slanted cylinder. The hot material is in the same direction or opposite direction of exercise. During the whole operation process, the gypsum is dehydrated. Continuous feeding and feeding means continuous work. Because direct firing is more efficient than external firing cement rotary kiln, and natural materials can use gas, oil and coal.
