(2) Recrystallization can obtain certain crystal shape, grain size, pore structure and specific surface area;
(3) The microcrystals are properly sintered to improve the mechanical strength. Calcination is a process of thermal dissociation or crystal transformation of natural or artificial compounds; When heated, compounds will dissociate into compounds with simpler components or undergo crystal transformation.
Forging temperature, gas phase composition, thermal stability, etc. In this way, for different compounds (such as sulfide carbonates, oxides, hydroxides, oxometalates, etc.), by controlling the calcination temperature and gas phase composition, the composition of some compounds can be selectively changed or crystal transformation can occur, and then the corresponding methods can be used to remove impurities and enable the useful components to separate and enrich.
The sintering process can remove carbonate impurities, including 48.2% Fe, 62% FeO and 38% CO2; Siderite is a weakly magnetic mineral. It cannot be directly used to produce apatite, especially the weakly magnetic mineral of gangue mineral, in a neutral or weakly oxidizing atmosphere. In a neutral or weakly oxidizing atmosphere, it is heated to above 570 ℃ to make gangue mineral dolomite.
For carbonate minerals dominated by limestone, due to the large consumption of sulfuric acid in the production of phosphate fertilizer, it is difficult to separate these gangue by general physical beneficiation methods. The calcination digestion process can effectively remove carbonate impurities and improve the phosphorus grade.
