Introduction:
The drying of the drying tower uses clean air heated by the heat exchanger as the drying medium, and adopts the drying and cooling technology of "more heat, more slow and one cold" (or more cold). After the dry air enters the drying tower, it will conduct sufficient moisture heat exchange with the materials, and the wet waste gas will be discharged out of the machine through the outlet pipe. After each drying section, a cooling section is set to facilitate the outward transfer of part of the moisture in the material and gradually balance the temperature gradient and humidity gradient. The cooling section can fully cool the dried materials for low temperature storage. Three anti rotation level indicators are installed in the storage section of the drying tower, which are used to automatically control the discharge motor of the drying tower (equipped with a stepless speed reducer) to achieve output adjustment. A thermoelectric coupling is installed in each drying section to measure the temperature in the tower at any time to prevent excessive temperature and drying of materials.
