Introduction:

Rotary furnace is produced under negative pressure, and the operating principle is countercurrent operation. The material and air flow convection in reverse form. The raw meal is fed from the tail of the rotary furnace. Because the rotary furnace has a certain inclination and keeps rotating, the raw meal moves continuously towards the furnace head, and the fuel is automatically injected from the furnace head end. The raw meal burns and releases heat under the support of air and generates high-temperature flue gas. The hot gas flows from the furnace head to the furnace tail under the drive of the fan, while the material and flue gas exchange heat in the process of reverse flow, so that the raw meal is burned into clinker. The raw materials in the rotary furnace move in a rolling motion, which can evenly absorb the radiant heat generated by the flame for decomposition. At the same time, it also has low sulfur absorption, low sulfur content, less impurities, high activity, and can calcine raw materials with small particles.
