Introduction:
Biomass gasification refers to the process of converting biomass into combustible gases containing CO, H2, CH4, etc. under incomplete combustion conditions, using oxygen or oxygenated substances in the air as gasification agent. The biomass gasifier of the Company adopts the upper absorption gasifier in the fixed bed gasifier. In a fixed bed gasifier, the gasification reaction of materials takes place in a relatively static bed, which is compact in structure, easy to operate and has high thermal efficiency. The fixed bed gasifier is provided with a furnace for containing raw materials and a grate for supporting the reaction material layer. According to the different relative material flow velocity and direction of combustible gas in the gasifier, it can be divided into fixed bed gasification and fluidized bed gasification. In the upward suction gasifier, the raw material moves in the opposite direction to the air flow. The gasifier enters the furnace from the air inlet at the bottom of the furnace to participate in gasification. The gas generated flows from bottom to top and is discharged from the gas outlet. The ash content of the gas discharged from the furnace is low, and the gasification efficiency is high.
Characteristic:
● After gasification process, it can be directly transported and applied to industrial kilns with low fuel quality requirements, such as steel rolling heating furnace, copper smelting reverberatory furnace, crucible boiler, industrial boiler, cement rotary furnace and refractory tunnel kiln;
● After purification processes such as dedusting and coke removal, the application scope can be extended to industrial kilns with high fuel quality requirements such as ceramic kilns, glass kilns, hot air furnaces and power plants;
● Wide sources of raw materials: processing rice husk from rice mills, wood chips, leftovers, and bark from furniture factories, wood-based panel factories, and paper mills, and processing branches, straws, straw, and rice husks from forest farms and farms, providing valuable energy for various high energy consuming enterprises or thermal power plants.

Wood chips, fruit tree pruning, wood straw mixture, corn cob, cotton straw, corn straw, wheat straw, grain hulls from rice mills, wood chips, leftovers, and bark from furniture factories, wood-based panel factories, and paper mills, and branches, straw, straw, and rice husks from forest farms and farms.
