Introduction:

Incinerator is a kind of environmental protection equipment that burns waste gas, waste liquid, solid waste object fuel, medical waste, domestic waste, animal carcasses, etc. at high temperature to reduce or reduce the quantitative number, and at the same time, it is a product that uses the heat energy of some incineration media. It is divided into fixed incinerator and movable incinerator.

The structure of liquid waste furnace is determined by the nature and type of waste liquid and the form of waste liquid nozzle. The furnace types include vertical cylinder furnace, horizontal cylinder furnace, box furnace, rotary kiln, etc.

Generally, it is classified according to the nozzle type and furnace type used, such as liquid jet vertical furnace, rotating cup spray horizontal cylindrical furnace, etc.

The gas waste furnace is equivalent to the secondary combustion chamber of a solid waste incinerator or the furnace using gas fuel, and its structure and classification are similar to that of the liquid waste furnace.

There are many kinds of solid waste incinerators, mainly including grate type incinerators, fluidized bed type incinerators and hearth type incinerators. However, each type of furnace has different forms depending on its specific structure.
