Shaft furnace

Introduction:

The shaft furnace is a vertical cylindrical cylindrical equipment with full steel structure. It is calcined by the principle of heat exchange between the downward movement of the material weight and the upward movement of the hot gas. Raw materials are added from the furnace top and discharged from the furnace bottom after calcination. According to the temperature change and distribution in the shaft furnace, the shaft furnace is divided into three areas from top to bottom: preheating section, calcination section, and cooling section.

Characteristic:

● The cooling air is blown into the furnace from the bottom of the cooling section. After heat exchange, the product is cooled, and the cooling air is preheated. The cooling air carrying heat enters the calcination section for combustion, so as to reduce energy consumption; After the materials are calcined by exothermic combustion of fuel, the remaining flue gas enters the preheating section to preheat the materials at normal temperature to the pre decomposition temperature.

● The furnace shell is vertically built with four layers of refractory materials, with good thermal insulation effect.

● The service life of refractory materials is long. The materials do not directly collide with the refractory materials, but rely on gravity settlement to rub against the working face; This reduces the wear rate of refractory materials.

● Wide fuel adaptability.

● Small floor area, low investment, less machining of furnace steel structure, low processing cost, easy installation and low difficulty of refractory masonry.
