Yuneng Wet Desulfurization Process (YNFGD):
The system relies on the principle of wet flue gas desulfurization, integrates the advantages of various flue gas desulfurization processes, integrates the professional technology independently developed by our company, and owns the independent core technology property rights of flue gas desulfurization.
Working principle: Wet desulfurization SDS uses limestone or lime slurry as desulfurizer to spray and wash SO2 flue gas in the absorption tower, so that SO2 in the flue gas reacts to generate CaSO3 and CaSO4. The main units are composed of desulfurizer preparation unit, absorption tower and waste treatment unit after desulfurization.
Desulfurization mechanism:
1) SO2+H2O → H2SO3 absorption
2) CaCO3+H2SO3 → CaSO3+CO2+H2O double decomposition
3) CaSO3+1/2O2 → CaSO4 oxidation
4) CaSO3+1/2H2O → CaSO3 · 1/2H2O/CaSO4+2H2O → CaSO4 · 2H2O crystal
5) CaSO3+H2SO3 → Ca (HSO3) 2PH control
Technical advantages:
1) YNFGD process solves problems such as scaling and blockage of traditional wet desulfurization equipment,
2) YNFGD process absorption scrubber has the advantages of large liquid holding capacity, high relative velocity between gas and liquid, large gas-liquid contact surface, few internal components, small resistance, etc.
3) YNFGD process system has the advantages of reasonable design, structural optimization and low maintenance cost. 4) YNFGD process adopts flue gas spray dedusting system, online monitoring system detection points including pressure measurement, water level measurement, etc., supporting corresponding instruments and meters, and domestic and international brand products with high industry utilization rate and reliability. The independent control system adopts PLC system for control. The system is monitored and controlled centered on the LCD display of the PLC operation station of the unit. Manual/automatic control mode, detection and closed-loop control.
